Most of what I do doesn’t need me in the building. IT reviews, fractional CTO work, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, cloud projects and AI advice all run over secure remote access and video calls, so it makes little difference where your business is.

Day-to-day support works remotely too, through Birchall Reality, which looks after more than 45 businesses on managed monthly IT support. Hands-on work such as cabling, WiFi installs and CCTV I keep to North Wales and Cheshire, where I can be there in person.
